Our seasonally changing menu consists of starters, lunches, hearty sandwiches & daily specials. We also serve breakfasts, afternoon teas, Sunday lunches & fabulous homemade cakes and have a tasty children's menu.

We source much of our ingredients locally including produce grown on the farm and all our dishes are made from scratch. Functions can be catered for, just give us a call and let us know your requirements.

Starters and light lunches

Homemade soup of the day with homemade bread. (V) (GF) GF rolls available
Smoked salmon mouse with beetroot ketchup, roasted beetroot and seeded rye bread toast    £6.75

Confit hoi sin duck terrine with a spring onion and cucumber salad and a wonton crisp
Wild mushroom and rocket pesto arancini with a blue cheese mayonnaise (V)


Hand carved Suffolk ham, bubble and squeak cakes, and 2 poached eggs with hollandaise sauce. (GF) 

Cauliflower, spinach and red lentil curry with a caramelised onion rice and homemage garlic naan (V)

Lamb, roasted parsnip, leek and sage pie, served with chips or new potatoes and fresh vegetables

Cod, crab, lemon and chive fishcakes with creamed spinach and celeriac chips

Beef burger in a brioche bun topped with cheddar cheese, smoked bacon, mayonnaise, little gem lettuce and a tomato and chilli jam served with hand cut chips, dressed leaves and red cabbage coleslaw

The barn ploughman’s 
A slice of hand carved ham, local Shipcord cheddar and half of a homemade scotch egg, served with red cabbage coleslaw, Suffolk apple chutney, pickled onion, apple and homemade bread.
